If you are in the market for a Fiat Punto then take a long and serious look at my wife's car! This Fiat was bought in April 2011 and cost just under £15,000 including all the extra's and options that were fitted. The car is a Fiat Punto five door 1.4 8v dual logic. As standard the car comes with Blue & Me, ABS, Hill Assist, cornering lights, city steer, ASR (it helps you pull away in the snow/ice), start stop (it helps you save fuel), electric front windows, air bags, air conditioning and a very nice lady who talks to you a lot! The steering is fully adjustable.
The car also benefits from factory fitted options such as metallic red paint (which is fantastic in the sun), style pack (this includes 15" alloy wheels, colour coded bumper inserts and door protectors and front fog lamps), a full sized spare wheel/jack (this will be one of a handful of puntos with this option) and last but by no means least leather. This car has leather seats with an electrically adjusted drivers lumber support, there is a leather dash, door inserts and an armrest (leather). This Leather Pack also includes ambient lighting which means that the dash on the passengers side is illuminated at night and there are soft lights in the front door pulls. The car also has aluminium 'PUNTO' kick plates on the front two doors.
The paint was Superguarded at the point of sale which means that you never have to polish the car EVER! Just throw a bucket of soapy water (no wax) over it, stand back and as it dry's it shines. I thought it a gimmick but it works and you get a dealers shine every time!
The car also has a rare chrome pack which includes chrome wing mirror covers, door handles and rear boot trim. The car has enameled/chrome Fiat dust caps, Fiat Punto manufacturers carpet mats front and rear, machine metal Fiat tax disc holder, brushed chrome electric window control covers and enameled Italia flags on the nearside and offside of the car.
The car can be driven in an automatic mode or manual, it has no clutch as the cars computer changes gear for you.........ideal when eating a Mars bar!
Warrenty. The car is still under the manufacturers warrenty until April and then has two more years dealers warrenty. There is no outstanding finance on this car. It is not due a service until 18,000 miles but I would be more than happy to have it serviced before collection.
The car is only 9 months old and you would be very hard pressed to find another punto appointed to this standard. So if you want a VERY nice punto stop here! There is a very small stone chip on the front bumper but that is the only fault. Kindly note that my wife uses the car each day so the mileage will increase.
