in great condition, on the road and ready to drive away.This particular one has all the features that other Pandas didn`t get, like head rests and a rear screen wash/wipe etc, and very importantly a 5-speed gearbox, however it does NOT have a sunroof, which is probably what saved it. Most of the higher-spec Pandas had sunroofs and rusted horrifically, whereas this one lived it`s life so far remarkably rust-free! Having done just over 60,000 genuine miles, its reasonably low-mileage too.The later 1.0 F.I.R.E engine, 5-speed box and coil suspension (introduced in that year`s face-lift) means that compared to the older pandas, the `super` tag really is justified. It is a massively practical car. Small on the outside, lots of room inside, very easy to park, very fuel-efficient even by modern car standards, and surprisingly quick when needed, since the F.I.R.E. engine way way ahead of the competition at the time. It cruises at 70mph effortlessly, can easily be driven around town, and is now old enough for classic car insurance. Considering this and it`s high fuel efficiency and very small maintenance costs, its a very useful/practical car to have around. This car has opening rear quarter-windows.I owned this car for a while while rebuilding my other classic car (I only really bought it for one trip, which I really needed to make and had no other cars running), however now my other car is getting finished.Condition wise, its surprisingly good. It is not rusty and has never been welded by the looks of it, which for a Panda is a real miracle. It has all original panels and although it`s paintwork is not pristine, it`s still wearing it`s original factory paint from 1991! Apart from a few stone chips and scratches which you would expect, it has no issues. No serious rust, no holes, no patches (in fact, no welding at all), and generally no problems with the body. The interior is all there, although it could perhaps do with a clean.Mechanically it`s also very good. In the last month or so it`s had a bit of a major service/mechanical re-fresh, including:-Clutch-Cam belt-Oil and cooling system flush-All fluids changed (inc transmission oil and brake fluid)-Air oil and fuel filters-Spark plugs-Rear wheel brake cylinders-ALL new light-bulbs (headlights converted to halogen bulbs, since they are slightly better than the old-style bulbs)-Minor repairs to electric system (mainly replacing old dirty/corroded earth connections).When I got it not so long ago, it had been fitted with a new full exhaust system and battery too.Finally, it has brand new locks, and everything opens with one key. It used to have 3 keys, which annoyed me, so I bought a new lock-set for it. Comes with several spare keys.So, as you can see, mechanically it`s had a lot replaced (especially clutch and cam belt) meaning that it shouldn`t need any attention for quiet a long time! You are pretty much starting from fresh, since it`s even serviced. The engine seems in good order, starts every time, runs well, doesn`t smoke or leak or use coolant or oil.Everything in the car works as it should, all the electrics and fixtures/fittings, and even the clock is accurate.It is taxed, and has a short MOT, however if you wish it can be sold with a new 12-months MOT. It has a big ring-binder of paperwork, v5c in my name, and a workshop manual. It also has a small first-aid kit fire extinguisher, and various other supplies dotted around the car (like spare oil, coolant, screenwash, ice scraper, spare bulb kit, etc, just in case). All this comes with the car. There is also a can of the correct Fiat paint, in case somebody needs it in the future for stone chips or something.The car has it`s original Fiat speaker pods, however it has a modern CD player (I still have it`s original Fiat radio).That`s about all I guess, I am sure I forgot a few things. Been great for us and hope it will be for someone out there. We used it as a stop gap for 6 months emergency purchase between vehicles after being let down on a long term Mercedes order. Has proved very easy to use in that time. Arguably easier to use than our new one!! Brand New 1st MOT will be placed on the car the day before someone wants to call and view it. 3 seats, rear easily removeable but loads of space. Clearview portaramp that allows you to unfold it out to double length but then folds back up so you can see out the back window unrestricted. Registered converters, overseen and authorised by the Governments motability scheme purchase donor Fiats, Renaults etc in bulk and before they are first registered they convert them to wheelchair access. It is alot of work and such a 10 or £14K vehicle untouched Doblo becomes 20 to £24k following conversion. They go onto Motability and when they are no longer needed go back to motability or are purchased by the scheme user/owner. * This is a properly authorised converted and vetted Doblo wheelchair conversion. Carried out prior to first registration by a very reputable Motability scheme authorised company. * It is lowered floor. The best type! (Only Taxi`s use the hi top ones so they can fold down a back row of seats to use for normal taxi purposes when not transporting a chair user). This means that to give you the required height for the wheelchair passenger the rear floor space is reshaped and lowered. All the bits that were underneath the lowered section are moved around and repositioned. This allows the wheelchair pusher or user to have a very low gradient of slope to push up the ramp (as they are not going up very high) and also means that the car does not need a hideous hi top. (extra fibre glass ad on canopy roof) These are installed where the roof height is needed but the floorpan in the rear is not lowered. So they go up instead of down. My own point of view follows for Reasons we never had a Hi top Doblo, they are: * The gradient of slope is severe. * The chair user is up in the clouds on a NON lowered floor. Looks like the popemobile! * The Car is very poor aerodynamically with the big extra canopy roof on. * You need a winch to pull the chair user up into the back. * They look hideous! To recap- Great car here for sale for someone wise enough to not use the Motability (never own your own car) scheme!!! Motability is good for the people who have no one to help them but you never own the car and forfeit your mobility allowance for the duration. Usually having to pay a lump sum in addition up front for a half decent spec car. i.e. air con. Then when you hand it back any dents scratches etc are charged to you and you wave goodbye to your money as you were leasing it. Just my little rant and own personal view. These adapted cars hold such good value as people want them for the adaptation and then the car. Plus they usually are very low miles. The paintwork is great and looks brilliant in the original Fiat colour. 8 years MOT and free TAX. There is absolutely no rust on the car and it has been waxoiled. The interior is perfect with original black seats and new grey carpet. The engine and gearbox and origional and work effectively. Mileage reads 62000 approx. 6 speed box, recaro leather,8 spoke wheels in a dark silver/grey colour etc etc good compression on all 5 cylinders no turbo smoke atall 3g discs and yellow stuff pads front and rear koni shocks and eibach springs powerflow cat back stainless exhaust rear lights rings had a 10k miles clutch fitted (you can feel its as new as it bites straight away) when i changed the cambelt in september 2011 (have reciept for cambelt and tensioners,water pump and aux belts) also had full service with coolant change at the same time interior in very good condition apart from slight wear on drivers bolster selling for spares or repair as it has no tax or test and no service history atall i do not currently have the log book but i do have a dvla letter that states i will have the log book by the 8th of feb so can send it on to the new buyer body work has a few areas of scratches roof (see pic) rear n/s quarter scratch (see pic) and rear quarter into o/s door (see pic) pics of scratches are 8 9 and 10 i think corrosion on o/s rear light cupsonly has the metal key whine coming from power steering pump bearing manifold is ticking when cold and blowing when revved knock when setting off/braking (think it needs wishbones and top engine mount/stabiliser bar replaced) do not know what it will need for an mot so please dont ask me as i have no clue i considered breaking the car which could bring in atleast £3500 or tidied up and road legal it would be worth £3000 as a running car but i just want it gone so im after selling it complete for what i think is a reasonable price (you can either break and make a profit or spend abit doing it up and have a very cheap plus)collection within 3 days from wrexham north wales if you cant do this then please dont waste my time timewasters will reported to ebay and i will pursue you through a small claims court you bid and win its your car really could do with being trailer away for the fact its not road legal but its up to you feel free to ask questions il answer them as best as i can X | £1500.00 | |||||||

in Colchester back in 2007, I`d read a glowing review in EVO Magazine and decided to pop along to the dealer for a test drive, after the first drive I was sold, I ordered the car to my spec which arrived a few months later, since then it`s been my pride and joy, it still puts a smile on my face both to look at and to drive, and I`ve kept it maintained to the highest standard. I never intended to sell the car, thinking I`d just tuck it away and use it now and again as a toy once I got something different, However I`ve decided to chase one of my dreams which requires purchasing a van, so with much regret the Panda has to go to help fund this. A quick run down of the spec, I`ll list the good bits not the boring stuff!; 1.4 16v 100hp6 speed gearboxClimate controlAirconBluetoothMP3 head unitSports seatsDriver and passenger airbagsSport button - changes throttle response and steering weightElectric front windows, drivers one touchLeather steering wheel with stereo/phone controls Extras;BMC panel filter (lifetime guarantee)Original wheels professionally powder coated white by WheelworxFull Italian stripe over the car, designed and fitted by Premier Signs to very good standard, this isn`t a stop at the bumpers job, it was done properly and it also laminated vinyl so won`t fadeItalian side stripes in the same design as the original pandemonium ones, scaling from the front wing and breaking up chequered on the rear quarterRed wing mirror coversAbarth wheel centre capsAbarth Badges front and rearFiat 500 wiper arms with lay flat blades The wheels and the stripes were done two years ago now yet still look as they did when new, which shows the quality of both jobs. Servicing; For the first four years or so of ownership I worked for BMW, being my pride and joy I felt much more comfortable to have technicians I knew and trusted working on my car and therefore it spent this time being serviced at BMW! Since then it`s been looked after by a competent local garage, It`s been over serviced all of its life with regular oil changes and only the best parts and fluids, the brake fluid and coolant was changed to BMW spec in 2009 and the gearbox oil replaced with that used in the E46 M3 also in 2009. The car has just had OEM (it`s never had anything else) front discs and pads plus rear pads fitted last month at a cost of £300, it had Continental Conti Sport 2 tyres fitted last year all round after the original Goodyears became hard to get hold of, the Conti`s are pretty much the best tyres you can get in this size in my opinion, they are also the most expensive but again hopefully this shows how well this car has been looked after. The rears are basically as new and the fronts have loads of life in them. The windscreen is the original, I`ve had a few minor stone chips but had them repaired straight away, so no dodgy wind noises or ill fitting trims here! There are two important jobs that seem to be regulars on 100HP`s and mine has had both resolved, the first being the rear shocks which have been replaced with new genuine ones a few years ago, and the second is the third gear synchromesh, which was done under warranty by the supplying dealer. The car has had two MOT`s, both done by BMW, it has MOT and Tax until May. It had an oil change done about 6,000 miles ago. I have receipts for everything on this car running into thousands as you`d expect over the years, aswell as documentation from the original sale bill to the sales brochure and a copy of the EVO magazine it was tested in. Of course as you`d expect the car drives extremely well, everything works as it should, I`d be surprised if most of these cars with half the mileage drove as well as this one, mostly down to the way it`s been looked after but also due to the driving it`s done, I have a 30 mile round trip to work everyday which means it`s always been warmed up properly, it`s also been run almost exclusively on shell fuels, either Optimax or regular, it`s never seen supermarket fuels. The only thing that needs doing is the cambelt as this is now due, @ £3995 I will have this changed by the supplying Fiat main dealer before the car is sold, so literally there will be nothing it needs, alternatively as a quick sale would be an advantage I`d be willing to let the car go @ £3700 as is leaving the cambelt to be done by the new owner, Fiat only want £189 for the job so I`m knocking off another £100 but as I have a new vehicle lined up I`d prefer to get a quick sale. Bodywork; Excellent condition, no scratches, no scuffs, no swirls, and no kerbed wheels. The car was super guarded when new (twice!), and has been waxed using dodo juice or Zymol ever since, it`s never been through a car wash and I`ve always declined service washes, I`m the only one that`s ever washed it! Excellent shine as you`d expect, it`s spent the last 5 years of its life parked at the back of car parks so all panels are unmarked except the driver`s door which has one door dent which was done at Snetterton of all places! However this hasn`t broken the paint and is a simple dent devils type job, I had them quote for it but haven`t got round to having it done. Interior; Excellent condition as per the rest of the car, some slight wear on the steering wheel but that`s it. Tax/Fuel/Insurance; Although i`ve not skimped on maintenence i wouldn`t say this is an expensive car to run, insurance is group 5, Tax is around the £160 mark for the year, and an average of around 40 mpg is easily acheivable. All in all an exceptional 100HP owned by an enthusiast and maintained regardless of cost, there can`t be many one owner cars out there kept to this standard and with this sort of history. I urge anyone who`s interested to come and see it, i apologise for the poor pictures and will take some better ones when the weather clears up, however pictures just don`t do it justice in my opinion! Please note the italian plates are no longer on the car and it`s back on it`s original dealer plates at the moment. Of course all handbooks/new style V5 are present plus two keys.
