FIAT PUNTO 1.4 T-JET SPORTING (120) These are the 1.4 fitted with a turbo and are quite rare and hardly seen on the road! This car has just been serviced, ...> has good tyres and runs brilliant. The car sports voice control, bluetooth phone support, windows media player, airconditioning, hill start/stop. She is very cheap to insure as a 1.4T which is a bonus because of the type of car it is! She has 9 Months MOT left and 4 months Tax, so your ready to go! Cosmetic Issues This is the only reason for the low price. I will list them below, Small crack in front bumber which has been sprayed, one alloy is scuffed above the normal amount due to my girlfriend. And there is a cigarrete burn in the back seat which was there before I purchased the veichle and has been professionally repaired. With some TLC this car would be perfect if theese little things bother you. If not this is a amazing car at a brilliant price and is very nippy!! I have included pictures of crack and of the badly scuffed wheel - As i said and you can see this can easily be fixed if it is a problem. Grande Punto Sporting 1.9 MultiJet Cat C repaired Here for sale is my grande punto, i am selling the car due to getting a company car and will not need ...> this car anymore. The car comes with 7 months MOT but the tax runs out on the 29th of this month but if the car sells for more then £4150 i will put 6 months Tax on the car. The car is a snow white colour so when you`ve cleaned it the car is very, very white. I have had the door mirrors and bump strips sprayed abarth red i had them done professionally, i think it looks really good but its not to some peoples taste. it cost me £60 to get them done so if you wish to change them its a cheap enough job. The car comes with the abarth alloy wheels which cost me over £500 which look very nice on the car and i painted the brake calipers red to match up with them. The alloys do have a few scrapes on them but they are in decent condition The car comes with nearly everything as standard it has 2 usbs for an ipod or memory stick in the glovebox, cruise control, built in bluetooth to connect up your phone and make calls through your car, 6 speed gear box cd player, electric windows and door mirrors, front and rear disk brakes, sport suspension, air conditioning, city steering, all your controls on your steering wheel and it has voice control Plus more... and the car is very cheap to insure considering its a 1.9 with 130 bhp standard. I have had a new battery fitted around 2 months ago which has a 3 year warranty which cost £75, i have had the glow plugs changed which cost me £60, I cleaned out the egr valve about a month ago just as a routine check. But the starter motor may be on its way out as sometimes when its really cold or the cars been standing for a while it takes about 5 seconds to start up which really it shouldnt be doing but afer the first start up it starts first time everytime (just being as honest as possible) The cars body conditon is very good no scratches anywhere or dints there is only a slight scuff on the front bumper which is shown in the picture but its nothing. The car is a cat c repaired, i bought the car repaired but the guy who i bought it off is a family friend and he is very good at what he does i can give you his details if you would like to know about the car. the damage was just the front left hand side which was crashed into, no air bags went off or anything and i have the vic pass certificate aswell. The bodywork you can see from the pictures is very good except for one stone chip/dent the size of 10 pence piece (see picture 12), with the usual stone chips you would expect. There is one scuff which is not obvious above left hand exhaust which you can just about seee on the photograph. | Up for sale is my (2007/07) Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 T-jet 120 Sporting Turbo in red. It`s in very good condition for it`s age with no major dings dents ...> or scratches and has a full service history. It was last serviced by Fiat main dealer on the 18/07/11 at 61,993 and is now approaching 67k. I recently had two new rear tyres fitted and the car is in need of nothing. My car is HPI clear, there are no known faults and I welcome any inspection to verify this.In my ownership I have had a Longlife custom cat back exhaust fitted which has a nice growl and is quite loud if you like that kind of thing; personally I didn`t like it silenced, I like to be able to hear what the engine is doing rather than just see it on the clocks. For the tailpipe I went for a factory look understated twin exit as I really don`t tend to like the huge one`s that hang off the back end and look out of place on this kind of car. I also fitted a Bailey DV24 dump valve which for those of you that don`t know allows excess boost pressure to be dumped into the atmosphere when the throttle is closed after acceleration allowing the turbo to continue to spin at high speed ready for the next time you accelerate which helps eliminate turbo lag. You also get the infamous tshhhhhh sound (quick video below pictures although doesn`t do it justice)I`m open to offers of any part exchanges you may have and may consider a swap for something of similar value.Any questions don`t hesitate to ask. Report this review I used to own a Blue old Micra which someone wrote off at christmas by hitting it whilst it was outside my house, i was quite upset at the time untill i realised i could buy a Seicento yellow sporting with the insurance money woooowhoooo!
Im buying a 53 reg off a friend next week and i can wait, i love them they are so cute and i know they are reliable as my friend has has a few seicento's and chincquientos over the years.

That's mighty, the clever MultiAir petrol engine nestled behind the Fiat Evo Sporting's heavily refreshed nose punching well above its weight. In terms of price, specification and in concept it's very similar to Renault's Clio GT, the French car having undergone a recent facelift and aiming at the hot-hatch middle ground with this 1.6-litre GT model.How are they similar?Here is a pair of European hatchbacks, in the middle of their lifecycle, recently refreshed and looking to appeal to those wanting a sporty - yet perhaps not hardcore - hatchback. Both come with excellent specifications, each getting air conditioning, electric mirrors, alloy wheels and a racier look inside and out that's in keeping with their more sporting aspirations. Just £1,000 separates them on price - the Renault being the cheaper option - and they're both three-door models. They're also within a few bhp of each other, with the Renault's 1.6-litre engine producing 128bhp compared to the 135bhp of the Fiat. You'll have five gears at your disposal in either, while the suspension is more focussed than their mainstream brethren to sharpen up the handling.How do they differ?Conceptually these cars are virtually identical but Fiat and Renault have taken different routes to achieve their goals. Look under the bonnet and the Fiat has a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine in place of the Renault's 1.6-litre unit. The Renault's is pretty conventional, while the Fiat features some clever intake technology it calls MultiAir. Basically it allows the Fiat's smaller engine to punch with greater might despite its smaller capacity. The outputs might just be within a few bhp of each other, but the Renault's 114lb.ft of torque is humbled by the Fiat's 152lb.ft. Both engines rev hard, but the Fiat delivers a far more forceful punch at lower engine speeds thanks to that large slug of torque. What's remarkable is that the Fiat's engine charges harder - reaching 62mph in 8.5 seconds to the Renault's 9.3 - yet returns better economy and emissions. The official numbers have the Fiat returning 50.4mpg on the combined cycle, the French car only managing 40.9mpg. It's the same story with emissions; the 160g/km of the Clio is significantly bettered by the 129g/km the Fiat Punto Evo returns. On the road the Clio's chassis is the better though, flowing with greater composure and steering with more precision. The gearshift in the Renault is better too, the stick shifting through its gate with greater accuracy than the rather woolly Fiat five-speeder.So which one would we have?That's a seriously tough call. On one side the Renault is £1,000 cheaper, but the Fiat's engine is far greener and delivers great performance despite its meagre capacity. The Fiat looks fresher, the Renault's make-over not running quite as deep as the Italian's. Throwing another problem into the mix is the availability of Renault's Clio Cup, a proper hot hatch for about £1,000 more than the Fiat. It's way quicker and far more involving but you lose out for its 200bhp with a stripped back specification. In a straight, two-car fight - ignoring other tempting possibilities like that Clio Cup - between the Clio GT and the Punto Evo Sporting we'd probably opt for the Fiat, purely on the strength of its engine.
